Patrick Roberts is the Founder and CEO of Station 28 Capital, a private real estate investment firm based in Charleston, South Carolina. With a focus on mortgage note acquisitions, Patrick established Station 28 to bring transparency, professionalism, and integrity to an often misunderstood corner of real estate investing.

A former Marine and law enforcement officer, Patrick built his career on the principles of discipline, service, and trust, values that continue to shape how Station 28 Capital operates today. He approaches every transaction with the same philosophy: clear communication, honest guidance, and a steadfast commitment to doing what’s right for each client.

Patrick’s expertise spans note investing, private lending, and residential financing, giving him a unique ability to understand the perspectives of both investors and borrowers. In addition to leading Station 28 Capital, he is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Assurance Financial, where he helps clients across the Carolinas and Louisiana secure financing for their real estate investments.

Patrick and his wife, Anna, launched Station 28 Capital after years of personal investing and firsthand experience in the lending world. What began as a passion for real estate and relationship-based investing has grown into a trusted platform for clients seeking clarity and confidence in selling or acquiring mortgage notes.

The name Station 28 Capital takes its name from Station 28 on Sullivan’s Island, a stretch of beach where Patrick often found the space and perspective that helped shape the firm’s vision and identity today.

When he’s not working, Patrick enjoys life in the Lowcountry with Anna and their two dogs, spending time at the beach, and cheering on his LSU Tigers. He remains deeply connected to both the Charleston and Baton Rouge real estate communities, actively supporting investor education and collaboration across markets.

Anna Dianov Roberts is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Station 28 Capital, where she leads brand strategy, communications, and client experience for the firm. Drawing on her background in Management Information Systems and her extensive career in luxury real estate operations and marketing, Anna brings a rare blend of analytical precision and creative vision to Station 28 Capital’s leadership team.

As Director of Operations at Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty, Anna has spent years working in one of the Southeast’s most competitive real estate markets, developing a deep understanding of how relationships, data, and brand trust intersect to drive success. Her experience overseeing multiple markets and leading large-scale operational initiatives has shaped her ability to guide Station 28 Capital’s growth with strategy, consistency, and integrity.

Alongside her husband and business partner, Patrick Roberts, Anna helped establish Station 28 Capital as a boutique private investment firm rooted in transparency and long-term perspective. She is passionate about building a company that not only helps clients unlock liquidity and opportunity but also reflects the same clarity and trust that inspired its founding.
​
A proud LSU fan, Anna brings the same energy and dedication she shows for her team to her work. She and Patrick call Charleston’s Lowcountry home, where they enjoy time with their two dogs, family, and friends, balancing business with the coastal lifestyle that first inspired Station 28 Capital’s name. Together, they’ve also flipped several homes and are currently restoring a 100-year-old Freedman’s Cottage in downtown Charleston. Anna is an active leader within the LSU Alumni Chapter of Charleston, fostering community and connection among fellow Tigers throughout the Lowcountry.
